1. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for store credit only.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and returned in their original condition.
To begin a return, email godsgurlco@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions for sending your item back.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Store credit will be issued after the returned item has been received and inspected. Store credit will be issued for the eligible returned merchandise in accordance with our return policy.
Digital products or books, including pre-orders of these products are final sale.
Pre-Orders:
By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a product that will be shipped on or after the stated release date. Pre-orders cannot be canceled or refunded once the order has been placed.
2. How long does shipping take?
Orders typically ship within 5–7 business days.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information via email.
Please allow extra time during holidays or product launches.
3. Do you ship internationally?
Select items can be shipped internationally. At checkout, when you enter your address, you’ll know if the item is eligible for international shipping.
4. How do I care for my shirt?
To keep your testimony bold:
- Wash inside out in cold water
- Tumble dry low or hang dry
- Do not bleach
- Avoid ironing directly over the design
5. Can I cancel or change my order?
No, all orders are final once placed and cannot be canceled or changed.
Please double-check your items, sizes, and shipping information before checking out.
Because many of our products are made to order, orders begin processing specifically for you once they are placed.
6. How will I receive my digital product?
After completing your purchase, you’ll receive instructions for accessing your digital product by email. Please make sure you enter a valid email address at checkout.
7. Can I share or resell my digital products?
No. Digital products are for personal use only. Please do not copy, reproduce, distribute, upload, or resell any God’s G.U.R.L. Co. digital product without written permission.
8. Are all products made to order?
Many of our products are made to order, which means your item is created specifically for your purchase. Because of this, production times may vary by product.
9. Will my product look exactly like the image shown online?
We do our best to display products as accurately as possible. However, colors may vary slightly depending on your screen, lighting, and the production process. Product images may also be mockups and can vary slightly from the finished item.
